🚚 Delivery Options

• 📮 Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• 🚀 Express Delivery: Available on request — please contact us before ordering.

• 🌍 International Delivery: Currently we ship within the UK only. For bulk enquiries abroad, please contact us.

📬 Delivery Information

• 🏠 Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

• 🎁 Packaging: All vinyl is securely packaged to protect against bends or damage in transit.

• 📸 Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

• ❌ Custom Orders: As each order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour.

• ✅ Faulty Items: If your vinyl is faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund.
