STV Graphics specialises in custom vinyl lettering for vehicles, windows and walls. We produce high-quality decals and signage that are durable, weather-resistant, and easy to apply.
📏 Do you offer custom sizes and fonts?
Yes. All vinyl lettering is made to order. You can choose your own size, font, and colour. If you’re unsure what works best, contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.
🔤 Can I order logos or shapes, or is it text only?
We mainly provide text-based vinyl lettering. However, simple shapes and symbols are also possible — just contact us first to check if your idea can be cut in vinyl.
🪟 What surfaces can vinyl lettering be applied to?
Vinyl works best on smooth, clean, non-porous surfaces such as vehicle bodywork, windows, mirrors, tiles, and smooth painted walls. It is not suitable for rough, uneven, or textured surfaces.
🌞 Will my vinyl lettering last outdoors?
Yes. We use premium outdoor-grade vinyl that is UV and weather resistant.
🗑️ Can the vinyl be removed later?
Yes. Vinyl lettering can be removed with care. Any remaining adhesive can usually be cleaned with mild solvents. On vehicles, applying gentle heat (for example with a hair dryer) helps soften the adhesive for easier removal.
🛠️ How do I install vinyl lettering?
We provide step-by-step application instructions with every order. In short:
Clean and dry the surface thoroughly
Position and tape the vinyl in place
Peel off the backing carefully
Apply the vinyl using firm pressure
Remove the transfer tape slowly at a low angle

👷 Do you offer an installation service?
Most customers install vinyl themselves using our instructions. For larger, more complex projects (such as full vehicle graphics), you can contact us to discuss professional installation options.
⏱️ How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard UK delivery is usually 2–3 business days once dispatched. Express options may be available on request.
🇬🇧 Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently serve customers within the UK.
💳 What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. Business customers can request invoices for bulk orders.
📦 Do you have order minimums?
There are no minimums — you can order a single piece if needed. For large orders we may be able to offer bulk pricing.
📸 What if my vinyl arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
🎨 What if I ordered the wrong size or colour?
As each vinyl lettering order is custom made, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer. Please double-check your order details before checkout. If you’re unsure, contact us for help before ordering.
🌈 What colours are available?
We offer a wide range of colours including standard shades, metallic finishes, and special options depending on stock. If you need a specific colour, contact us to confirm availability.
🏢 Can I order in bulk for my business?
Yes. We supply shops, vehicles, and other businesses with bulk lettering and signage. Please get in touch with your requirements for a personalised quote.
🖼️ How durable is wall lettering?
Wall lettering is made from removable indoor vinyl. It adheres securely but can usually be removed without damaging painted walls.
