✅ All vinyl lettering is custom-made to your specifications. Please double-check text, spelling, size, and colours before ordering.
✏️ Amendments are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
❌ Cancellations before production may incur a 15% processing fee to cover costs.
🚫 Orders already in production cannot be cancelled. If shipping is prevented or redirected, you may be refunded only the shipping fee.
💷 We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal.

⏱️ Orders only enter production once full payment is received.
📦 Standard production time: 1–3 business days.
🚚 Delivery within the UK via reliable courier/postal services.

📸 If an item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
🎨 As items are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless faulty or due to our error.
📸 For faulty/damaged orders, we will replace or refund.
